03/16/2008 :: The EU has condemned a move to ban the Islamic-conservative Justice and Development Party (or AKP). In the meantime, the political elite does not seem to find the UN’s call to ban the Flemish nationalist party Vlaams Belang (or The Flemish Interest) nearly as objectionable.
